200 youths from across the Anglophone Caribbean converged to Belize City for the 6th Methodist Youth Encuentro. Deputy Mayor Oscar Arnold was honored to be a part of the opening ceremonies. He provided the welcome greeting at the opening of the Encuentro and was present at the flag raising ceremony.
