In the true spirit of the season, on behalf of the Belize City Council, Councillor Kaya Cattouse, Councillor Dorian Usher, and Councillor Evan Thompson paid a special visit to the Welcome Resource Center, delivering freshly baked hot cross buns paired with Happy Cow cheese, bringing smiles and warmth to those who need it most.
