The Belize City Council, in collaboration with Catalyste+, continues to build its internal capacity to lead effective strategy and policy development.

We are pleased to welcome Kate Fagan Taylor, a Catalyste+ Advisor, who is currently in Belize providing technical support in the development of Human Resources competency-based frameworks, with a strong focus on policy development. Over the past two weeks, she has been working closely with City Administrator Dr. Pitts and the wider Council team following a period of virtual engagement.

Through her expertise in strategy design, governance, and organizational development, Mrs. Taylor is supporting our team through training, coaching, and mentorship to equip staff with the tools needed to strengthen systems, enhance performance, and ensure long-term growth and resilience within the Council.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the Ministry of Economic Transformation for facilitating this partnership by introducing the Council to Catalyste+ and coordinating the engagements that made this collaboration possible.

This partnership reflects our continued commitment to improving how we serve Belize City. 🌆👏
