Swinging Of Bridges
The Belize City Council has the authority of swinging three bridges in the city:- The Old Belize Swing Bridge, The BelChina Bridge and Belcan Bridge at a fee.
Regular Swing:
Boats under 30ft - $100.00 and Boats over 30ft - $150.00
Special Swing:
Public & Bank Holidays - $200.00 and Saturdays & Sundays - $200.00
All persons requesting a bridge(s) to be swung must visit the Belize City Council main office on North Front Street.
