Commercial Building Fees
The Belize City Local Building Authority approves all building plans with in the city. All construction done within the city should get approval from the Belize City Local Building Authority which is located at the Belize City Council's Main Office on North Front Street.
Commercial Application Fees
Banks, Stores, Restaurants, Hotels, Bars, Supermarkets, Repair Shops, Beauty Salons, Apartments, Condominiums, etc.
If the size of the construction is 800 Sq. Ft. or Less - $150.00
If the size of the construction is 801 Sq. Ft. or More - $175.00
Commercial Permit Fees
Banks, Stores, Restaurants, Hotels, Bars, Supermarkets, Repair shops, Beauty Salons, Apartments, Condominiums, etc.
If the size of the construction is 1000 Sq. Ft. or Less - $0.10/ Sq. Ft.
If the size of the construction is 1001 Sq. Ft. or More - $0.15/ Sq. Ft.
